I was in a bit of a state, 'cus I was bored of drawing Gerudo and I aske my aunt to pic a name from a list (it was a list of species in LoZ) originally she picked gerudo, then picked shiekah.... But i complained i couldn't draw them, so she picked Rito. And who's everyones faveourite Rito???? No, not Quill.... No not Komali either.... Medli.
So this is her all grown up!!! I was gonna draw Komali, but couldn't be bothered.
So here she is, hovering in the wind...

So, yeah, I got the idea for this pic after listening to the song "Bubbly" by Colbie Caillat. I love that song, it's so... gushy-cute. So, that song, mixed with my sad nerd-crush on Twilight Princess Link led to this. Link, surrounded by shojo bubbles. Lots, and lots, of shojo bubbles.
Oh, and I know my shading isn't the greatest, it's never been my strong point. Just be greatful it's shaded. I had to sharpen up the lines by hand using a 1pt sized bush and eraser because I don't know any other was of going about it.Aand the bubbles and background swirly-thingies were both brushes. Yeah, I'm a cheater. I found the bubbles on Brusheezy and the swrils on... some place that was linked on the Photoshop Support website...
Colored and re-re-reinked in Photoshop Elements 2.0. Oldskool.

As for Okada, she's suppose to be holding a knife in her right hand but since Zelda is in the way, you can't see it, in her left is her gun that she keeps under her jacket, the necklace some random guy who was dying ran into Okada and gave it to her.

Real_Master_Sword_by_Wakxix.jpgReal Master Sword886 viewsThis is a hand made replica of The Master Sword and sheath from The Legend of Zelda. My Dad and I made them over 10 years ago after Ocarina of Time came out. The sword is made of 100% scrap steel and is 32" long with a 2' blade, the sheath is made out of a flattened out muffler pipe with a carved piece of wood at the top. After all of the use i put into them over the years i felt that they needed to be shined up and repainted. This is the final result. There is also a hylian shield that was made along with the sword, it is repaintedwakxix
