Zelda 2 AoL Skettlar
Aruroda, also called by his fan-name "Skettlar" from Zelda 2: Adventure of Link.

Beware of the fire-slinging tail... it's a "tale" best left untold! (Ha ha, I tell bad joke)

I used a sprite (and the official art from ZeldaWiki) as reference.
