Forgot to mention, he's the "evil guy" in my fic. His design was inspired by the original Vire from the gb games. You know, that little demon guy that turned into fire keesees when you killed him

ah, cuz they were part of a modified spell that enabled him to fly. He was just being tactical. IK, I think you got his personality right to the point XD
